Works on 2003-2009 Lexus GX470 12pin turn signal relay.  Most likely will work on 2nd gen Toyota sequoia 4Runner and tundra.

Replacing regular bulb with LED turn signal on older vehicle can cause fast blinking, aka hyper flashing.  This is due to drop in amperage detected by turn signal relay to indicate a burned out bulb.  

There are four ways to fix hyper flash. First is use led bulb with built in resistor to increase the load.  These bulb usually cost 3-4x more than conventional LED.  Second way is to install a inline resistor. This requires cutting/splicing turn signal wires. The third way is to buy LED turn signal replacement.  However, there are no replacement for some older vehicle like my GX470. The forth option, which this video detail, involves modifying the turn signal relay.  Grinding/thinning out the shunt resistance will increase the amperage lost with the replace LEDS.  Depending on whether 2 or 4 led turn signals were replace, you may need to grind more or less. I recommend grinding and testing several times. You can always grind more but cannot
ungrind.
