An hour-long vinyasa yoga class
An hour-long vinyasa yoga class that focuses on moving energy through the hips and pelvis while stretching and strengthening the muscles of the hips and thighs.
This class lengthens the adductors of the inner thighs, the external rotators of the hips, glutes, hamstrings, IT band and hip flexors.
