We know he's FAST, but how strong is he?

During Muhammad Hasnain's training with us, we got him on the VALD ForceDecks to assess his Dynamic Strength Index.

As an elite fast bowler (especially one who is coming back from injury), it's important to know what your body is capable and not capable of doing. Not only does such data give you a baseline for where you're at - but it also gives you clarity on what you need to do in order to improve further.

Hasnain surprised us with his results. Contrary to what people may think about subcontinent cricketers who don't spend a huge amount of time in the gym, Hasnain presented strong scores across the board.

Hasnain has flown back to Pakistan to complete his return to bowling programme ahead of the 2024 Pakistan Super League!
