How To Erase and Reset a Mac back to factory default

I show you how to erase and reset a Mac back to factory settings in this step-by-step guide.  

1) Make sure you back up your data - i use timemachine
2) Sign out from all accounts including Icloud
3) Disable Find-my-Mac
4) Sign out of messages
5) Erase HardDrive
6) Reinstall Mac OS (no DEP Device Enrollment Program)
7) Kiss it and give it away to the new owner.
