I was waiting for a generational leap in gaming laptops featuring 24 CPU cores with 13th gen intel processors along with the new 40 series Nvidia GPUs. What better way to experience them together than in a Legion device? I was in for quite a surprise as I started to get to know more about the 2023 8th generation Legion flagship 7 series. And this time, Lenovo even added a "pro" mark to it so I was really riding high on expectations. In Isolation, the newer model might seem like a decent deal to experience the latest and greatest but I wanted to compare it to the previous 7th generation to showcase to you all that THIS time around, making an upgrade is not as straight forward anymore.
