Carrot Achar is ever so delicious and popular and we always enjoy at Weddings and Family Gatherings with Biryani or Naan Gosht, Lamb Curry for example. If you’re missing that here is my very quick and easy version you can enjoy at home!
By the way guy’s, where are you from and how are you coping with Lockdown in your area? I’d love to hear from you. Here in Leicester you may know we have been in some kind of lockdown for months now, almost getting used to. But now all of the UK is in Lockdown now for a month, I pray The Almighty makes things easy for all of us. Ameen x
