Consumed by guilt, Jimmy has been in bad shape since his mother’s death, and is spiraling out of control. This leads to Dandy telling Jimmy that he’ll get revenge on him for taking the Tattler twins away from Mott Manor.
Meanwhile, with Ethel out of the way, Stanley has convinced Elsa that he has contacted Dr. Sugar to perform the surgical separation of the twins. This leads Bette to come to a heartbreaking decision.
