There are streets or blocks in Düsseldorf that are called "Japanese Quarters" and even the Road names are written in the Japanese language (of course the same road name is written also in the German language).
On Japan Day all day in the Old Town of Düsseldorf, you can see a lot of people dressed in Japanese Cartoon costumes, and traditional Japanese clothes, there are a lot of places where you can eat traditional Japanese meals or buy different Japanese things and souvenirs.
