papaya is a fruit which has enormous medicinal value ... it is an antioxidant... it has lot of properties...  it is anti inflammatory, antibacterial, anti fungal ... it has vitamin A C E ... because of this it is very important in skin care nd hair care too ... anti ageing... keep our skin youthful....
not only the fruit but also the leaves roots nd seed have these properties... papaya seed is edible ... it takes the blood to heart very fast ... so ppl who have BP, diabetics... better consult doctor nd use it ...
pregnant women should not consume this fruit ...
