Former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee's foster daughter Namita Kaul Bhattacharya pays floral tribute at 'Sadaiv Atal', on his death anniversary on August 16. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the country's 10th Prime Minister, breathed his last on August 18, 2018, after a prolonged illness.
