Secrets of Signal Routing and Channel Types in Cubase/Nuendo, Part 1: Mono / Stereo

You can't do much of anything in Cubase / Nuendo without routing, so it may seem like too basic a topic to cover. But often for me, when my setup isn't working the way I expected, it turns out to be an issue with routing.

One point I forgot to make: if you're recording a mono source, but know that you will want stereo effects on the instrument, create a stereo channel and connect it to a mono input. This will record mono recordings on disk but still allow stereo processing.
