Quick Tip Friday - Sort Data by Month and Day

When you create a "Month" or "Day of the Week" column that shows the "name" instead of the "number", users cannot sort these columns appropriately and the behavior defaults to Alphabetical order. A common method is to use a number in front of the name like, "1. Jan", "5. May". However, this is not preferred from the user perspective.
