She is out on the road working on material for her upcoming Netflix special, Ellen’s Last Stand … Up, which will film over two nights in Minneapolis in August. However, there appear to be a few bumps in the road as she abruptly canceled four shows in Dallas, San Francisco, Seattle, and Chicago, last week without any explanation. “Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event,” Ticketmaster wrote in a statement on their website. “You don’t need to do a thing. We’ll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days.”
