Marine Corps OCS Fire Team Formations

This video shows the 3 fire team formations you will execute at Marine Corps OCS. A sergeant instructor will brief you a mission, you will take down notes and make an op-order which you will brief to your fire team. You will be evaluated on how well you brief the op-order, your command presence, and then how you execute the mission. Having an easy transition from one formation to another will make the flow of movement more smooth and professional looking. This gives the impression of better command presence because of the better control of your team.
