Be’estł’óní - Blue Corn & White Corn Tamale

Be’estł’óní or Dah Njilo’í is made with white corn or blue corn. I made both here. You can make these any size you want. I used an electric roaster, but you can make it on the stove in a pot also. You can sweeten it with sugar, raisins, etc. Please share with your children and grandchildren and let them learn our language in the process. 🌺🤓
