Very good film of US President Woodrow Wilson, United States of America (USA).
Most likely shots are from train tour in September of 1919 to promote the League of Nations, though it could also be election campaign tour.
Tracking shot from train looking back at large crowd walking towards camera waving. Includes some soldiers and marines. C U (profile) Wilson on train, waving, he then looks at camera and grins. Pan over crowds around train. Wilson is on back platform of train, he leans over to shake hands with crowd. Closer shot same. Wilson, Mrs. Wilson & others (Secret Service bodyguards etc.) descend from train to a waiting car.
Wilson stands in car and speaks. Cut to motorcade rolling past waving, cheering crowds. Motorcade passes through what looks like Midwestern city. Military men walk alongside motorcade. Shot looking up at people packed onto balconies & in windows of upper floors, big flag hangs on office buildings. Wilson's car pulls into an alley, Wilson & party are ushered into a back door.
