Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Pineapple -2
Sugar -1 3/4 cup
Salt-one pinch
Water -1 cup
Ifthar || Nombuthura || Eid Special ... - Nombuthura Recipes
Take 2 pineapple and chop it into small cubes. Grind this pineapple pieces with 1 glass water. Sieve the juice. Take a clean kadai and pour this juice. Add the sugar according to the sweetness of the pineapple. Now melt the sugar in high flame. Stir occasionally . Add a pinch of salt. Let it boil then reduce the heat. Check the sweetness. Now cook for 25 mins. The thickness should be lesser to the Jam consistency.After turning off the heat add some lemon juice. Stir well. After it cools down you can store it in the glass bottles.
To make the Squash:- Take a glass pour some squash.Add water and ice. Check the sweetness and then serve with some mint leaves(optional).
You can preserve this for 15 days.
