how to make the sauce/marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp worceshire sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes optional
2 tbsp lemon

other ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs, sirloin or rib eye steak (cut into cubes)
3 tbsp butter
10 cloves of garlic, finely chopped (divide into 2) half into the marinade
1/2 cup green onions chopped


PROCEDURE:
Marinade the cubed steak with the half mixture of sauce, and in the fridge for two hours or over night.
When ready to make, fry the half of the chopped garlic until golden brown, set aside for serving.
In a pre heated cast iron pan, melt 3 tbsp of butter and add 1 tbsp of olive oil, when butter is melted fry the marinated beef on all sides. Once they are browned, pour in the half of the sauce/marinate into the meat and let it simmer until the sauce thickens and the beef becomes tender, do not over cooked.
Once done, sprinkle with the green onions and fried garlic. ENJOY!
Serve with rice or fried rice.
