The sound bath session has
The sound bath session has predominantly low notes and low frequencies and really sounds the best on decent headphones and speakers. Typical phone speakers can't reproduce the lower frequency that is present in this video. So, if you're looking to get the absolute most relaxation, you'll want to listen with a quality pair of headphones
