رانندگی در جاده رشت به تالش گیلان شمال ایران - Rasht to Talesh Road ,Gilan,North of Iran شهر #رشت یکی از کلان‌شهرهای #شمال_ایران و مرکز استان #گیلان می باشد، همچنین بزرگترین و پرجمعیت‌ترین شهر شمال ایران در بین سه استان حاشیه‌ای دریای خزر (مازندران، گیلان، گلستان) محسوب می‌شود. شهر رشت با وسعتی بیش از 50 کیلومتر مربع بزرگترین شهر کناره دریای خزر به شمار میرود، شهر گیلان در جلگه گیلان و در حاشیه غربی دلتای سفید رود قرار گرفته است. آب و هوای رشت معتدل و در بعضی مواقع مه آلود است و از مناطق پر باران ایران به شمار میرود. شهر رشت از زیباترین شهرهای استان گیلان است که علاوه بر طبیعت فوق‌العاده، خیابان‌های سنگفرش، کوچه‌های دیدنی و میادین زیبایی دارد. کسانی که برای بازدید از جاهای دیدنی رشت به این شهر سفر می‌کنند، برنامه خیابان‌گردی را نیز در سر دارند. قدم زدن در فضای شهر رشت و آشنایی با حس‌و‌حال مردم این شهر، تجربه به‌یاد‌ماندنی را در ذهن مسافران ثبت خواهد کرد. مچنین تالش نام یک شهر و شهرستان در استان گیلان ایران است که بزرگ‌ترین شهر قوم #تالش در ایران می‌باشد. نام قدیمی شهر تالش، هشتپر و نام قدیمی شهرستان تالش، طوالش بود و شهر هشتپر که مرکز شهرستان طوالش بود را به‌صورت #هشتپر طوالش نیز استفاده می‌کردند. البته اکثر ساکنین تالش و شهرهای اطراف آن از همان نام قدیمی هشتپر استفاده می‌کنند. این شهرستان زیبا از شمال با آستارا، از جنوب با رضوان‌شهر، از غرب با اردبیل و از سمت شرق با دریای خزر همسایه است. طبق تقسیمات رسمی کشور، تالش از پنج شهر تالش، لیسار، اسالم، حویق و چوپار تشکیل شده و پس از رشت بزرگ‌ترین و پرجمعیت‌ترین شهرستان استان گیلان محسوب می‌شود.
