Operation of a Single Purchase Counterweight System

This video provides a BASIC orientation to the parts of, and safe operation of a single purchase counterweight system which forms the basis of rigging systems in theatres around the US and many other countries.  The video is not intended to replace appropriate hands-on training by experts, but is rather intended as an introduction and overview for students of technical theatre.
