Pinais is a famous dish in the Southern Tagalog region. It’s a dish made out of any seafood like shrimp, fish  or crabs, usually wrapped in banana leaves and placed inside a stone pot. In this segment, explored the different regions and their different ways of cooking ‘Pinais’.
