Pole barn built by the Amish and it was 2-1/2" OUT OF LEVEL !!! What would you guys do???

We got hired to prep and pour the concrete floor in this pole barn. The Amish built it and it was way out of level. They also built the barn before having the dirt work done. We had to go in there and dig out all the grass and sod and clay and put gravel down so we could pour the concrete floor. This made a lot of extra work for us so don't let anyone do this to ya. LOL
