РИС Рассыпчатый.Рис по - Корейски. Два рецепта.

Recipe :

1. Rice in Korean.
Rice - 1 kg.
Cold water-1.5 liters.
Salt - do not add.

2. Rice for garnish:
Rice - 1 kg.
Cold water-1.5 liters.
Vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons.
Salt-to taste.

If there is rice, put it in a bag and in the freezer. In  sieve pour the water and floating rice.You can also steam the rice: a Pot of water, a colander on it metal, cover with a lid and steam.The figure is obtained as fresh.
