In this video, I will show you how I manage to batch cook and can 120 lbs of apple efficiency. With the right equipment you can preserve and save money buy canning food safely at home. I only spent $36 on 120 pounds of apples and I will be able to can 40 quarts of apple sauce. With food prices going up and up, you too can save money by putting up food in a pantry. I followed the directions in the Ball Blue book.
