This video shows a taste of what I did to train 99 magic. This was a bit of a bug abuse, that was later fixed by Jagex. It was possible to get 3Mil exp per hour if you click non stop. I would get bored clicking for an hour at a time, so I would go to castle wars to make it more interesting. This method of training was VERY expensive, and it cost me a party hat set to get to 99 magic. If you skip to 3:15 minutes in, that is where you can see the EXP just skyrocketing. I hope you enjoy.
