How does Shadow of War and Shadow of Mordor fit into the Tolkien LotR Universe? | Lore (Spoilers)

Today I have a closer
Today I have a closer look at how Shadow of Mordor and the announced Shadow of War are fitting into the Tolkien Universe of the books and its lore. Obviously they took some freedoms and in this video I go in-depth through the differences from the LotR background story, we know from The Silmarillion, The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings . So is the story, the lore, of Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War canon?
I also have a look at what's written on the Ring from the Shadow of War trailer, that Celebrimbor has forged (Tengwar).
Other topics are also a lot of backstory from the Silmarillion and LotR, like Beren and Luthien, the Kin-strife, the creation of the One Ring and the Rings of Power and Balrogs.

Forgot to mention it: once in the Halls of Mandos, you can't leave it without the permission of Mandos and esp. not in sprit form. Not even Valar can do that. Elves can get permission and be reincarnated. But spirits don't leave that place.
