Hey everyone! Welcome back to another makeup tutorial, I am really loving the new Anastasia palette.. the colors are GORG and so easy to work with. As I mentioned in this video I know this look is not perfect and not my best work BUT I still am practicing to perfect my halo smokey eyes and wanted to show you guys that not everything is always going to turn out the best :) Practice makes perfect!
