I Couldn't Help Noticing THIS In Santiago, Chile

In this video, I visit Santiago, Chile to explore one of the city's most interesting areas. I couldn't help but notice all of the graffiti in the neighborhood of Lastarria, Santiago and it was really interesting to learn more about the culture behind it.
