This simple, dairy-free, and low-fat recipe made with almond milk is a great alternative to traditional panna cotta! With only 50kcal per serving, this is a perfect snack or dessert for anyone on a diet! I hope you enjoy this recipe!

- Makes 3 servings -

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbs hot water
- 2 tbs sugar
- 0.5 tbs gelatine powder
- 1 tsp pure almond extract

Toppings (optional):
- 5g dried cranberries
- 5g almond slices
- 5g granola

Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatine powder in hot water and mix well.
2. On medium-high heat, pour almond milk, sugar, and almond extract into a pot and stir occasionally. Heat until the mixture boils and becomes frothy.
3. Remove from heat and pour in the dissolved gelatine. Mix well.
4. Transfer mixture into containers of your choice in your desired portions.
5. Let cool to room temperature and then cover and refrigerate for 6-8hrs, until solidified.
6. Decorate with toppings or enjoy plain!
