This Beginner's Guide to Crochet will have you crocheting in no time! In this video you will learn all the Basics you need to know about Crochet like how to hold your yarn and hook, how to make a slip knot and how to make your first chain!

Tips:
1. DON'T USE BLACK/ DARK YARN IN WHEN YOU PRACTICE! Because these yarns make it so difficult for you to see your stitches. Try going for only lighter yarn in the beginning of your crochet journey.
2. Start with a thicker size yarn - this way you will get easily accustomed to hold your yarn and to working with your hook. You should only use thinner yarn when you are comfortable with crocheting .
3. Rome wasn't built in a day! Take your time and keep on practicing! This can sometimes be difficult - but if you get frustrated - put down the hook and take a few seconds to breath! You got this!!
