Transfer PS Vita Saves to PC/SteamDeck!

A quick guide on how you can export your vita save files fore use with Vita3k!
I'll walk you step-by-step though a fairly simple process that just need a modded vita+ usb cable.
(This guide is just for transferring save files, NOT for setting up Vita3k, or installing games)
