Another not-so CHANGES video. WarioWare
Another not-so CHANGES video.
WarioWare Gold was released very recently and I took the time to research previous games and see which ones got reused for 3DS Gold.
There were roughly 50 Microgames that originally came from WarioWare Touched.
For boss stages I sometimes show all 3 levels of the same microgame at once to speed up the entire video. There were not that many and so I left Pro Bowling to play 1 level at a time similar to how I present the regular Microgames.
There were 3 Microgames that I counted as honourable mentions because they were not directly reused as the others but it had a little nod here and there.
Ramp it Up (Touched) and Plant Food (Gold) share the same melody and involve guiding a circular object to go inside a rectangular object.
Perfect Match (Touched) and Twin Swimmers (Gold) used identical tweaks to raise the difficulty and shared the same melody
Air Male (Touched) and Over the Hump (Gold) both involve using a pumping contraption and for level 3 they hold it horizontally.
They don't share the same music and for level 2, Touched used a foot pedal whereas Gold used a normal pump.

How did you record WarioWare Touched?
I used a modified DS Phat which as direct capture through USB input.
Why are all of the 3DS variants (excluding Bosses) used a single screen, the development team must be very lazy?
At first impressions, it looks lazy but one of the challenge modes you unlock after beating the game called Split Screen allows the player to jump to the next Microgame by looking at the other screen, all of the touch screen games can only be done on the bottom screen for obvious reasons.
