What I Ate In A Day to Maintain Weight loss / VEGAN

What I eat in a day to maintain my weight loss and be healthy. Yummy, healthy, vegan food.
Stats- 225-130. 5'8"
By eating healthy. A mostly whole foods plant based, all vegan diet. Lots of nutrient dense foods.

I wound up eating 3 out of the 4 slices of vegan "quesadillas".
I also snacked on about 10 brussels as I cooked them, with some hummus mixed with salsa.
