Pinto Bean Re Do Leftovers

Leftovers aren't usually my favorite, but this one is top of my list. When I make pinto beans, I love using the leftovers to make a re-do. In this case, I think the leftovers are better than the original. Try it next time! Y'all go make you some!

Pinto Bean Re-Do Leftovers
1 lb ground beef
seasoned salt
leftover pinto beans
1 10.5 oz can diced tomatoes & green chilies

Brown ground beef and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Add tomatoes & green chilies. Add pinto beans with juices, to your desired amount. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Dish over cornbread.
