F2020 - angr

Following on from our look at z3 last Monday, today's talk will cover the basics of symbolic execution: specifically, the angr project. angr automates some of the grunt work involved in reverse engineering, letting us search for inputs to programs that get us where we want to be. We'll use it to solve some basic crackmes, followed by a brief look at ways to defend against the technique.
