15g (0.7oz) - Ginger, Grated  
3 - Large Tomatoes, Chopped
2 tsp (5g) - Ground Coriander
1 1/2 tsp (3.5g) - Ground Cumin
1 tsp (2.5g) - Ground Turmeric
1/2 tsp (1.5g) - Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 1/2 Cups (375ml) - Water or Chicken Stock
1kg (2.2lbs) - Chicken Thigh, Diced
400g (14oz) - Potatoes, Diced
1 1/2 tsp (3g) - Garam Masala
400g (14oz) - Cauliflower, Small Florets
2 Tbsp (1.5g) - Kasoori Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)
Chopped Coriander (Cilantro)
Seasoning To Taste

Basmati Rice -

300g (10.5oz) - Basmati Rice, Washed
600g (600ml) - Cold Water
4 - Bay Leaves
Salt To Taste
