In this video i will show you a quick and easy way to make some amazing anabolic chocolate chip oatmeal peanut butter protein bar very quick and easy.
How to make
quick oats 80g
peanut butter 62g or 2 servings
pb fit 104g
sugar free baking chips 30g or 2 servings
vanilla protein powder 4 scoops
egg whites 184g
if u use no water and stir place in fridge 3 hours then cut bars
if u add some water to make it easier to stir place in freezer an hour to hour and a half so or thick enough to cut into bars
