1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
2 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Water
1/2 Stick of Butter (cut in cubes)
