My Favourite Comics 1 - Taiyo Matsumoto

In this video essay I’m going to talk about the work of Taiyo Matsumoto and discuss why I like it so much. I will also read a few sections of his comics and compare them to other popular shounen manga. Taiyo Matsumoto is a Japanese comic author that publishes mainly in Seinen magazines such as Ikki magazine. But putting his work inside this categories is difficult, because they don’t really fit in with all the other work. He has a number of published graphic novels that compile these weekly publications.
