أكدت مسؤولة بارزة في الحكومة الأرجنتينية الجديدة، رفض البلاد الانضمام إلى مجموعة “بريكس” وذلك في إطار تغيير جذري في السياسة الخارجية. وجاء هذا التصريح عبر منصة “تويتر” من قبل ديانا موندينو، التي تم اختيارها كوزيرة للخارجية بمجرد أداء خافيير ميلي اليمين الدستورية في 10 ديسمبر.
الخطوة التي اعتبرها الخبراء و المتتبعون للشأن الاقتصادي في الأرجنتين استعراضًا للتحول الجذري المتوقع في السياسة الخارجية بعد تولي ميلي، الشخصية اليمينية الشعبوية، رئاسة البلاد. وقد كان ميلي، الذي ينتمي إلى التيار الليبرالي، قد انتقد بشدة الصين، الدولة العضو في “بريكس”، خلال حملته الانتخابية، مع تهديده بقطع العلاقات الدبلوماسية معها.
