To share Google contact with your team, we highly recommend that you created a contact list (or a label in Google contacts)
Then you can share these labels with the users of your choice , giving them read or edit permissions.
Once contact are shared, your colleague can see them :
- In their Shared Contacts dashboard
- In Gmail
- In their mobile phones
- In all Google Workspace apps (Drive, Calendar, Google Voice etc.)
- In their CRM
- In their IP Phones
- and in hundreds of apps integrated with Google Contacts
