California Music Fest will be in high gear this weekend, bringing together a multitude of music vets as they celebrate some of the biggest names in hard rock and metal as part of the 2015 NAMM Jamm. Tonight we raise our lighters for Quiet Riot/Ozzy Osbourne's talented but underrated guitarist Randy Rhoads, taken tragically too soon in 1982. The all-star line-up includes Joel Hoekstra, Nik Kai, Brian Tichy, and more.
