Late in the afternoon of
Late in the afternoon of June 8th, 2023, a strong line of storms moved in from the northwest slowly. Once the storms entered parts of Waller, and Grimes County, some severe warned areas had developed and the storms gained speed towards the southeast. Once it entered the Harris, and Waller County line area, the storm in this video flared up and began making great progress. I headed over to a good open spot in Tomball with a good dry view of the storm approaching. I made a quick jump southward to better intercept the storm, seeing it had strong winds in excess of 60 miles per hour, some possible hail, and good lightning. This video is the highlights and ambient moments of the storm.
