Honeywell z-wave thermostat "connection lost" problem - SOLVED (TH8320ZW)

It involves pulling out the button battery tray, changing the battery and there are two metal contacts that you can "pull up" gently so that they make a better contact with the tiny circuit board that the battery powers.  Worked for me.
