Review of the EAA Windicator in .357 Magnum & .38 Special, also known as the "Weihrauch". Doing a quick unboxing and some shooting at the range with the EAA Windicator .357/.38 Special as well.

The EAA (European American Armory) Windicator Revolver is a great choice for a budget home defense gun, being less expensive than its competitors, well built, and very reliable. This 4 inch barrel variant is model # EARB3574. Check out the link below for How To Disassemble, as well as How To Clean the EAA Windicator line of revolvers.
EAA Windicator although sometimes difficult to find, has numerous aftermarket parts, speedloaders, and holsters available. Its always nice to have options available with carry options, pistol grips, fast loaders, and performance improvements.
My mother chose this as her night stand gun as the .38 special round is very manageable in this medium sized frame. It is made in Germany and comes with a lifetime warranty. It is Double/Single Action, six round capacity, blue finish, steel frame, Hammer Block Safety, and Rubber Grips (very comfortable). It has an overall length of 8.5" and weighs in at 1.9 lbs.
