Virtual reality and the future of mining

Virtual and augmented reality, along with automation, are transforming Australia's mining sector, allowing more work to be done remotely, saving time, money and removing many of the risks and travel for workers. In this video, geologist and immersive technology expert UniSA Professor Tom Raimondo explains some of the VR and AR projects his team is working on.
