Movement in runescape is one
Movement in runescape is one of the most overlooked mechanics in general for both PVM and skilling. It is incredibly useful to master for all things pvm related, and even training method outside of pvm. Being able to move in the most efficient routes and abuse the movements of monsters/safespot them will give you the upper hand in many cases (Raids, the inferno, etc.).
