1980 Porsche 911 SC Acceleration (2021)

This is me accelerating in my 1980 Porsche 911 SC just after I crossed 200 000km and just before its service.
It is dead standard, fully original (ROW 188bhp version) and unmolested.
The road was slightly downhill and this was at high altitude which means the engine power is down to about 170-ish bhp in real terms. My car has no aircon or sunroof and weighs about 1150kg (2550 pounds) or so. Compared to that the new "RS" Porsches are like large sedans.

For an almost 42 year old car I find it amazing. I absolutely love my Porsche and there are very few modern cars I would even consider over it.

I secured a samsung smartphone to the steering wheel to film it.
