Гуляш из говядины с подливкой

Today we will consider the basic recipe for beef goulash with gravy. Beef goulash with gravy is a great addition to potatoes, cereals or boiled pasta. When stewing for a long time, the meat comes out very soft and appetizing, and a plentiful amount of gravy will make any side dish as juicy as possible, with a rich and pronounced taste.

beef 500 gr
onion 1 pc.
flour 1 tbsp
volume paste 1 tbsp.
sour cream 1 tbsp
marinated cucumber. 50 gr
bay leaf 2 pcs.
pepper to taste
seasoning for meat 1/3 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp
water 500-600 ml
vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp.
